Member and Doctor Satisfaction Score High Marks
Each year, Fidelis Care surveys our members and providers to tell us how well we are doing in being a strong partner - for you and your doctor. We are pleased to report that our 2009 results show that Fidelis Care plays a key role in helping you - and our more than 580,000 members - receive the highest quality care and service.

Member Survey Highlights

• More than 80 percent of members surveyed said they were "very satisfied" or "satisfied" with Fidelis Care. 
• More than 90 percent said they were treated with courtesy and respect when they called Member Services.
• Nearly 85 percent of adult and child members said they were able to receive care as soon as it was needed.

Provider Survey Highlights

• Almost 60 percent of doctors surveyed said that Fidelis Care was the "perfect" partner. Studies show that doctors who are happy with a health plan provide a higher quality of care to their patients.
• Doctors said that they are pleased with the helpfulness of Fidelis Care staff.
