As your health plan, Fidelis Care is always looking for new ways to keep in touch with our members. Starting April 1, whenever you call Member Services at 1-888-FIDELIS, we will ask if you would like to add your e-mail address to the information that we have on file for you.

In the future, we plan to use e-mail addresses to send you health and wellness information and other updates. E-mail will also be an easy way for you to ask us a question about your benefits, order new ID cards, or even change your personal doctor. Please be assured that we will never sell or transmit your personal information outside of Fidelis Care for any reason.
