• $40.00 monthly refund of the Part B premium
• You have the ability to obtain services from non-network providers, although the copay or coinsurance amounts you pay may be higher. Before obtaining services from non-network providers, you may want to check with us to determine if the procedures you will be receiving will be covered by Medicare.
If you have Medicare and Medicaid coverage, Fidelis Dual Advantage gives you all the health coverage you need!
Our Dual Advantage plan benefits include:
• $0 monthly plan premium
• Comprehensive dental coverage
• Medicare Parts B & D prescription drug coverage with no deductible
• Coverage through the coverage gap
• Doctors and hospitals in your neighborhood
• Except for urgent or emergent care, you must obtain services from network providers. If you obtain services from non-network providers, neither Fidelis nor Medicare will cover these services.
