The Fidelis “CARE” Employee Recognition program seeks to reward eligible staff who exhibit behavior that goes above and beyond the normal call of duty in areas such as:

The gold award recognizes employees who demonstrate continued noteworthy performance. The mission award recognizes a single employee who not only exhibits ongoing exceptional performance but also demonstrates the qualities of the mission award criteria, including:

  • understanding the needs of our diverse population
  • being collaborative as well as a visionary
  • going beyond expectations
  • being a company-wide team player, interacting positively with others
  • demonstrating positive leadership qualities (someone who takes initiatives when needed)
  • ensuring quality care while containing costs
  • demonstrating commitment
  • possessing superb internal and external customer services skills
