Employee Profiles
The Fidelis “CARE” Employee Recognition program seeks to reward eligible staff who exhibit behavior that goes above and beyond the normal call of duty in areas such as:

The gold award recognizes employees who demonstrate continued noteworthy performance. The mission award recognizes a single employee who not only exhibits ongoing exceptional performance but also demonstrates the qualities of the mission award criteria, including:
- understanding the needs of our diverse population
- being collaborative as well as a visionary
- going beyond expectations
- being a company-wide team player, interacting positively with others
- demonstrating positive leadership qualities (someone who takes initiatives when needed)
- ensuring quality care while containing costs
- demonstrating commitment
- possessing superb internal and external customer services skills
